Help’EmUp® Harness with ‘Hip Lift’!
The Help'EmUp harness is a dog mobility harness that can literally lift the spirit of older and recuperating dogs! By putting two handles – one in the front and one at the back – where you can quickly reach them, this unique harness allows you to lend support at any moment or in any location.
The Help'EmUp harness is an extremely helpful dog support harness for those owners whose dogs are recovering from injuries or surgery as well as those older dogs who need a little extra help.
N.B. The image above is for illustrative purposes only, actual designs may differ as the product is subject to continual development.
Extremely and totally adjustable, the Help'Emup harness is designed to be left on the dog for just that moment – when you need it. Unlike towels, slings and leashes that need to be rigged with each use, our harness can be left on daily, but we recommend you take it off at night for their comfort.
The Toe-Up Sciatic Sling has been developed to assist those dogs who suffer from hind paw knuckling. The Toe-Up prevents knuckling by supporting the 2 centre digits, and is attached via an adjustable elastic cord to a strap on the hock.
The Toe-Up is available in the following 4 sizes:
X-Small 1"-3", Small 2"-4", Medium 4"-6" and Large 6"-8".
N.B. The size relates to the circumference of the limb and the measurement should be taken just above the tarsus (hock) and should not include the calcaneus and malleoli.
A Ruffwear boot conversion is also available for those cases where prolonged use of the 'Toe-up' Sciatic Sling is required, or where the dog has delicate or sensitive interdigital skin. It allows the 'Toe-up' Sciatic sling to lift the dog's paw without it directly contacting the skin.
For boot sizing, please refer to the following table:

Hobble Vest provides specialised support for dogs with medial shoulder instabilities, helping them stay active and stable. Scientifically designed for comfort and effectiveness, this brace allows your canine companion to enjoy an improved range of motion and mobility.
Medial shoulder instabilities in dogs are similar to a rotator cuff injury in humans. These types of injuries typically present with the dog presenting with minor limping, to almost non-weight bearing. Patients with medial shoulder instabilities will typically show unwillingness to make tight turns.
A Hobble Vest provides support to your dog’s forelimbs with medial shoulder instabilities. These types of injuries are commonly a result of an injury of the medial glenohumeral ligament and can be the result of a strain and/or tear. Shoulder injuries can present with your dog showing lameness and can range from moderate to severe. These injuries typically become significantly worse after extended exercise. Medial shoulder instabilities often occur in sporting and athletic dogs, and can sometimes occur in older dogs who slip when trying to get up from a slick floor. Medial shoulder injuries are often the result of repeated stress to the glenohumeral ligament.
Patients with medial shoulder instabilities typically present with decreased mobility and lameness. Medial shoulder instabilities are diagnosed by your Vet through skilled manipulation (often under sedation) and are required to rule out a more common injury to a thoracic limb.
A Hobble Vest used for a medial shoulder instability prevent the forelimbs from abducting or moving away from the patient’s midline. These injuries are typically treated in conjunction with restricted activity, arthroscopy, shockwave therapy, or laser therapy. The use of professional rehabilitation has proved to significantly improve patient recovery.
N.B. It should be noted that the Hobble Vest is intended for short to medium term usage (3-4 months) to aid healing and recovery and is not designed or intended for long term use.
