We use Royal Mail for smaller parcels and DHL , Yodel and Evri for heavier items and express delivery items.

Once your order has been fulfilled within our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number and a weblink to follow the entire process of your order, and to keep you in the loop. You can also track your order via your account section.

If you are not home our couriers will leave a delivery card so that you can re-organise delivery directly with the courier . You can specify delivery information at checkout. This means you can give specific instructions regarding where to leave your parcel if you’re not home. Please aware items can get wet if left outside and we cannot be held responsible for item going missing unattended.

In the unlikely event you end up with a different item call us on 0191 415 1333 or email us Leave the parcel in the exact condition it arrived, we will send a postage paid label for smll items or for large items arrange for collection with our courier. We will send you a new item immediately.

If the courier attempts to hand over what appears to be a Damaged item - DO NOT ACCEPT IT.

All items we send are fully insured. If in the unlikely event your order is damaged call us on 0191 415 1333 If damaged please take photos of the parcel in the exact same condition it arrived to you in and email them back to us. As soon as we receive photos we will send you a new item with no extra fee.
