Kimi's Pet Emporium is a physical retail store. Products displayed in our shop can be ordered online and dispatched directly to your delivery address. All orders are fulfilled from stock held at our premises in the UK.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Express delivery orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following working day. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery following dispatch.
