We are happy to exchange and refund all goods that are inside this time limit provided the goods are in the original resalable condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or fully refund items that are soiled, smell, are hairy, have been washed, brushed, or have scuffed frame, or soiled covers. Because of this we ask customers to ensure they get the correct measurements before buying online.
